Engineer  Scott of Surtech inspects culverting work with the Resident Engineer from Kocks and Co., Consulting Engineers of Koblenz in Germany and the Site Agent from S.S. Mehta and Sons Limited from Kenya on the Central Roads in Unguja Project for which he was appointed Contract Administrator.
